Section A — Islands

Highland Park

Kirkwall, Orkney

Scotland's northernmost distillery, where Viking heritage meets Orcadian peat. Highland Park's signature balance of heather-honey sweetness and aromatic smoke has made it one of the world's most decorated single malts.

Section B — Islay

Bunnahabhain

Port Askaig, Islay

At the mouth of the Margadale River on Islay's north shore, Bunnahabhain produces an unusually delicate, unpeated malt. The gentle giant of Islay, its character comes from the sea air and fine sherry casks.

Section C — Highland

Glengoyne

Dumgoyne, Highland / Lowland

Sitting precisely on the Highland Line, Glengoyne distils on the Highland side and matures on the Lowland side. Air-dried barley and the slowest distillation in Scotland yield extraordinary clarity.

Section D — Campbeltown

Glen Scotia

Campbeltown, Argyll

One of only three surviving distilleries in the once-great whisky capital of the world. Glen Scotia captures the maritime character and briny complexity that defined Campbeltown's golden age.

Springbank

Campbeltown, Argyll

Family-owned for over 190 years, Springbank performs every step from malting to bottling on-site—the last distillery in Scotland to do so. Its triple-distilled spirit is complex, oily, and full of character.
